Mr. Vincent W.S. Chow
Mr. Chow also holds the following qualifications: solicitor of England and Wales, fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Hong Kong Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), Bachelor of Business Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Master of Professional Accounting from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Bachelor of Laws from the UK, Legal Practice Course (LPC) from UK University of Law, and Master of Laws (LLM) in Chinese and Comparative Law from City University of Hong Kong. He is a co-founding member of Greater Bay Area Alliance (China Hong Kong) (GBAA).
Mr. Chow previously worked for the Hong Kong New World Group for many years, focusing on mainland real estate and infrastructure projects. He and his firm have handled various cross-border projects involving structure and company establishment, tax planning, financing, operations and internal audit, exit mechanisms, IPOs, and other related aspects.
Mr. Jason Wu
Mr. Wu also holds the following qualifications: fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Associate Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ACA), Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) in accounting.
Mr. Wu has more than 15 years of professional services experience in financial and special project audit, forensic accounting, trust setup and trust accounting, cross-border tax planning, chartered company secretarial services (including Hong Kong, overseas and Chinese company formation), corporate management consultation, trademark registration, and management.
